SCH 180L Towed Sprayer - Ref GWCS9

The GWCS9 is a versatile sprayer for applying herbicides and fertilisers to both large and small areas with ease.

The four nozzle spray boom has a maximum spray width of 96" and is one of the main features of the sprayer. The two outer nozzles are fitted to a break-back section of the boom. When the operator accidentally navigates the boom into a solid object, a tree, garden bench or similar, the outside section of the boom will fold back, minimising the risk of damage. The two outside nozzles can be individually isolated to narrow the spray width to 48".

The spray boom is height adjustable to accommodate different towing heights. The whole boom lifts off for safe storage.

The tractor battery powers the 12-volt diaphragm pump. Inline filters are incorporated to help prevent, as far as possible, irritating stoppages from blocked nozzles.

The spray nozzles are mounted on anti-drip holders, which means that when the pump is 'shut down, the liquid does not continue to flow.

A brass hand trigger lance, complete with quick and simple twist connectors, is supplied with each sprayer. The lance is invaluable for spot spraying and around trees and shrubs in hard-to-reach areas.

A 5-litre wash bottle is mounted on the sprayer's chassis for dowsing down in case of skin contact with spray liquid. The maximum spray width is 2440mm (96") with two wing booms folded back and switched off, and the spray width reduces to 1220mm (48").

Delivery costs and charges apply and are added during the checkout process. We do not deliver to Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands or Europe.

Please ensure you arrange a convenient time for delivery. The couriers will attempt to deliver twice and leave a card with a contact number on. If you are not in on both of these occasions (and you have not made arrangements to leave it with a neighbour) then you will be required to pay a charge per extra delivery attempt. If the item cannot be delivered and comes back to us then we will have to charge an additional fee for the return. We do not profit from either of these charges – we simply charge you what our delivery company will charge us. Goods should be inspected before they are signed for. You must notify us via email within 24 hours if your goods are subsequently found to be damaged.

To purchase from us you must be over 18. Some items will be dispatched directly from our distributors. If the item is out of stock we will keep you informed of any major delays.

Deliveries are normally between 8-6pm weekdays.
